Its botanical name is Abelmoschus esculentus
It's belong to the Family of Malvaceae
It share the same family as hibiscus and cotton!.
USES IS AS FOLLOWS
Food: Okra pods are rich in fiber, vitamins C and K, folate, and antioxidants. They are commonly used in soups and stews because of their natural thickening mucilaginous property.
Seeds: Can be roasted and, in some places, used as a coffee substitute.
Traditional medicine: Different parts of the plant have been used traditionally for digestive health, sore throat relief, and wound care, although these uses should not replace medical treatment.

Each okra flower blooms for only a short time, but the plant continues producing new flowers over several weeks or months, resulting in a steady harvest of fresh pods.
