In the soft morning sunlight, after a night of continuous rain, the playground is still wet and damp, with some areas still flooded. With good weather like this, I take myself to a place that makes my spirits happy. The playground in front after rain like this has flowers and butterflies. I absolutely love this atmosphere. No matter how many times I say it, it will always be the same. The air is cool and comfortable, the sunlight is gentle, the grass is still untrimmed, and small white flowers with a pale yellow center are blooming. They're beautiful on their own, but this little butterfly landing on one of the flowers adds even more charm. I walked slowly towards it and sat down. Some butterflies, sensing my presence, flew away. I sat there quietly until another butterfly landed on one of the little flowers. I took out my phone camera and zoomed in. Sometimes the pictures weren't quite what I wanted. Patience and calmness are needed to capture the perfect shot. And soon, I got these beautiful images.

Being immersed in nature is incredibly good for mental health because it allows us to find the ultimate peace and quiet.
