Let's Go Through That.
Imagine you are in a park and you find out that a tiger is hungry and if you don't hurry up, if you don't run back to your house, it will eat you. What will you do? You will run away out of fear. Which is normal and the brain's response to any situation.
Now imagine you are in a park and you are assuming that a tiger is hungry and if you don't hurry up or if you don't run back to your house, it will eat you. What will you do? You will absolutely keep thinking about it. You will be afraid of it, and in return, not only your mind but also your body will respond to you. Which is not normal because the fear you have is not valid. There is no real danger in your surroundings. It is all that you have assumed.
WHAT IF
If I tell you about myself, I am someone who assumes things are real when they are not. Yes, I hold fear inside me. And I don’t let it out. The reason I talk about it is because it affected me physically. I feel very scared. I keep thinking about one thing until it happens. Well, my situation is actually called anxiety. Having fear when there is no danger. Weird? Yes, it is.
That’s when I started to feel a change inside me, in my health. I felt like I needed to relax. I needed to calm down. I needed to be kinder, but this time to myself. I felt like I couldn’t do anything about it. As I told you before, I don’t express it. It’s very hard for me to hold onto fear. Fear is one of the worst emotions for me. Why am I losing my breath?
Severe headaches, mostly in the back of my head.
Pain in my shoulders, in the back of my neck.
Shortness of breath.
Alertness.
Upset stomach.
I'm not saying all this to gain sympathy. I'm just saying it's all because of fear? Weird.
Now, I've realized that I'm just going through it. Don't lose yourself. It's okay to lose hope instead of yourself.

After reading your post, I realized that recognizing your anxiety, understanding your fears, and being aware of them is an act of courage. I know that not expressing our feelings can sometimes protect us from many external situations, but internally, it isn't healthy for us. I can understand what you're going through. I would just say: let yourself feel your fear and anxiety instead of holding them inside. Don't force your body, heart, or emotions to carry everything alone. Try to express your feelings wherever you feel safe even if it's only when you're by yourself. Understand the root of your fears and anxiety, and I hope one day you find the freedom to live without being controlled by them.
