Agreement, rejection... – it doesn’t really matter. The state of the world is a shambles. Everywhere. And whether those in charge are following some devious plan or are simply too stupid to foresee the consequences of their daft ideas, the end result is the same. And I mean STUPID quite literally: the clever, far-sighted people don’t go into politics. Rarely, at any rate. If they do, they’re quickly outmanoeuvred and outvoted by all the others. It would be lovely if we could still witness intelligent people reclaiming their influence over world affairs. Of course, I have my doubts...
