The truth is, the true purpose of life is simply doing good

Today, as I was sitting at home lost in thought, a bird suddenly fell right in front of me, bringing me back from my thoughts to reality. I quickly picked up the bird and offered it some water.
​After drinking the water, it seemed as though strength was returning to its body, and it appeared somewhat happy. Seeing this, I felt happy too, knowing that a tiny life had been saved. I then fed it some seeds and fruit, after which the bird prepared to fly away. I thought to myself that it probably belonged back in its own world, so I stood on the road in front of my house and set it free.
​I thanked Allah in my heart that this bird’s life was saved. Friends, doing good deeds is the true purpose of life, and anyone who wants to can make a difference. If you cannot do good for someone, at least do not do them harm. Thank you.
