😋Tutorial on making a heritage of hazi biriyani

***Now I will prepare the traditional Haji Biryani using the above ingredients. Below I have presented the tutorial for making Hazi Biryani
😋Step 1:-

  • Before starting cooking, I will prepare the main masala for making biryani. For this, I take a blender. In the blender, I add one jowar, two jowaris, cardamom, cinnamon, royal cumin, long white pepper, and mix well with the help of a blender. And put the spices in a bowl.

😋Step 2:-

  • Now I put a saucepan on the stove, add mustard oil in it, then add three spoons of ghee to the oil.
  • When the oil and ghee are hot, I add the previously chopped onions and wait until the onions are half-fried.

😋Step 3:-

  • Now I add four spoons of ginger paste in it and mix well and grind.

😋Step 4:-

  • Now I mix bay leaves, long, cinnamon and green chilies. I fry the items well for some time.
After that, I add a certain amount of chili powder, musalla powder prepared for making haji biryani. When everything is added, I mix all the items again and keep it in the oven for some time.

😋Step 5:-

  • When the masala is ready, I add the beef to it. I washed the beef well and let it drain. Now I mix them with the musalla, and then I also add a certain amount of salt.

Poetic Cultural Cliché of Haji Biryani-

Every grain of traditional Haji Biryani tells a story, and an atmosphere emerges before our eyes —
The narrow lanes of old Dhaka and the eternal fragrance of the relationship.
Where smoky spices whisper secretly about the delicious dishes of the past,
And every simple dish there seems royal at first taste.
Say it's a cliché—but the heart still believes it to be true:
Haji Biryani is not just food… It is a symbol of a tradition, a symbol of a people's love and affection that we chew on.
