It is often eaten alone or with a mixture of garri also known as cassava flakes, sugar and water, popularly called "garri soakings".

step 7
I added water gradually and mixed with pressure continuously till i started observing oil coming out from the pastes as soon as the paste absorbs all the water.

scooping out the groundnut oil, cause I would be using it to fry the KULI KULI
step 8
I added sugar and salt gradually and kneaded the dough, while doing this, I gradually extracted out the oil into a frying pan, I repeated this process till I got a solid dough and no oil extraction anymore.
