SHERPA Allocation Update — Through August 4, 2026
This post provides the SHERPA allocation status through August 4, 2026, including Development Funding Contributions, team and key contributor allocations, and the previously announced validator airdrop.
This is not the final SHERPA allocation.
A Public Auction will follow soon, and allocations resulting from that phase will be announced separately.
This update is being published to provide transparency around the SHERPA distribution as of August 4, 2026.

This represents the individual allocations listed above as of August 4, 2026.
Validator Airdrop
As previously announced, 5,000,000 SHERPA has been allocated for the validator airdrop to validators who were active by August 4, 2026.
This allocation is intended to support:
- Network security
- Validator participation
- Decentralization
- Long-term network stability
Validator Airdrop Allocation: 5,000,000 SHERPA
The validator airdrop is separate from the individual allocations shown in the table above.
Including the validator allocation, the currently accounted-for SHERPA distribution is:
125,030,791 + 5,000,000 = 130,030,791 SHERPA
This Is NOT the Final Allocation
It is important to make this clear:
The above numbers are the SHERPA allocations through August 4, 2026 — they are not the final distribution.
The next major phase will be the SHERPA Public Auction.
The Public Auction will introduce another opportunity for participants to acquire SHERPA and will therefore change the overall distribution of SHERPA across participants.
Further details regarding the Public Auction will be announced soon.
