very great educative, i last time did research about quail eggs and it has a great health benefits. Most country in west Africa, quail eggs are advertised as medicine.

if you read the post well @pjcwart you find all the answers... and yes quail eggs is best eaten raw but has many other methods of eating it like chicken eggs...
