Find.Exchange - Token Distribution

Hello everyone,

We would like to talk about our token distribution.

Find.Exchange Token (referred to as FEX Token) is an ERC-20 standard token with a fixed supply of 200million.

Out of this total, 112.5million FEX Tokens will be distributed during ICO, with an additional 7.5million tokens reserved for a community bounty programme. Our hard cap for the ICO will be $33m.

Unsold and Unclaimed Bounty Tokens
Will be distributed to existing token holders in the following way:

Distribute 75% to existing token holders at a rate 5% per month for 15 months.
Distribute remaining 25% as a reward to users of the Find.Exchange platform at a rate of 1% of transaction value

Usage of funds
Below is an overview of the usage of funds broken down in detailed fields.

35% We will register to become an Authorised Payment Institution within UK and EU by also obtaining the e-Money KYC,AML licenses Depending the amount raised we will apply for further licenses: Russia, US, Parts of Central and South America, Central and South East Asia TBC
25% Platform and Mobile Applications Development TBC
20% Business Development, Customer Support, General Operations and Costs TBC
10% Marketing and Brand awareness including events TBC
10% Reserve for unexpected costs or emergency
