I would like to add, that I believe most of these countries were invaded ( especially Lybia ) because they tried to get away from the US$ standard. Lybia tried to create a gold backed currency to sell its oil in.
Even North Korea is on the small list of countries, which do not run on US$.
There is a number of reasons, why the US has to be in constant war; The huge military industrial complex needs military conflicts to sell their products, with an ongoing war you can pass laws much easier and faster ... without fear and terror it is simply harder to control a population ... just look how much power the European countries lost due to the 'refugee crisis'...
It is a cluster of reasons, really.
