The Verbal Joust of a Coven: Michael Heath Blog #37

in #informationwar7 years ago

Michael Heath is a friend and Christian brother who USED TO BE the head of Maine's most important Christian organization--The Christian Civic League of Maine. That is until it was undermined by sodomite sympathizers within the churches in Maine who forced his removal about 10 year ago now. Since then, Maine, like the rest of the nation, has been on a downward spiral of continued coddling of evil, and the results of that are everywhere, from the push to normalize pedophilia, bestiality, polygamous marriages, etc., to other backpedaling betrayals of Christian principles in matters of the family, the protection of innocent life, mandatory vaccination, etc.

Mike and his wife Paulie remain avid and active Christian Warriors, and their ministry "Helping Hands" deserves the support of all people who care about life, family, and social issues. Here is an example of Mike's good work, and how the state's second largest newspaper, The Bolshevik Dorogoy Novosti--sometimes known by it's English equivalent "The Bangor Daily News" and the Southern Poverty Law Center described him recently:

Mike has asked me to re-post articles from his blog here on Steemit.com, and I told him I would be glad to do so, as they are witty, well-written, and most importantly poignantly charged with Christian principles and issues surrounding the need for the return of the militant church.

The Verbal Joust of a Coven

I didn’t take time to watch the Democratic Debate last night. I shouldn’t admit that since I’m supposed to have an informed opinion on things political. I haven’t taken the time to watch political debates as a rule. I guess I’m doubling down on admitting how uninformed I am about politics.

Fortunately debates like this aren’t a great barometer of politics. Most Americans avoid them, favoring more entertaining and meaningful pursuits.

The Presidential election is more than a year away. Debates are mostly for the chattering class that leaches off the folks who get the work done. I don’t have any stake in the Democrat Party. I never have. I’ve ratcheted between being inside the Republican Party, and outside as an unregistered voter out of disgust for their weakness and duplicity.

Right now I’m most comfortable being unregistered. Neither party speaks to me strongly. They both hate the Jesus Christ of Christianity.

Jesus Christ isn’t all wrapped up in their system of the world. He is a steady force as God’s Son. He exists outside of time. He transcends everything about the world.

And He cares for, and nourishes, His children. He gives them a faith that flourishes in all their circumstances. Any person in the world can begin this relationship through baptism. Then the adventure begins.

Politics in the West is a hall of mirrors that mostly distracts from faith. The bling and flashy emotional complexity of it can start a person down the broad path of destruction. The narrow path that Jesus Christ is on is too easily missed. And the further one travels down one path, or the other, the harder it is to cross over. The paths are going to different destinations.

It isn’t possible to be loyal to Jesus Christ and American politics. Survival in the Western political world requires character traits that aren’t Christian.

Christians love their enemies. They don’t build an economy on militarism, which is what we’ve done since the middle of the twentieth century. Christians don’t build civilizations on usury. Christians don’t use euphemisms to describe serious sins. Abortion is baby murder and LGBTQ is sodomy. Gender fluidity is insanity.

Christians tell it like it is. They tell the truth.

We’ve been trained to select between liars. The person who tells the truth doesn't ever appear in a Presidential debate. Religious truth tellers are banned from American politics. They were deplatformed and depersoned from the American power structure long before any of us were born.

Religion is ubiquitous in the world. America is proud of her heritage of freedom of speech and religion. You’d think there’d be more religious content in American politics and governance. In my experience all the religion is on the Left.

Christianity is proudly trotted out to support the forced transfer of wealth by government. The Left is always quoting the Bible in support of their favorite causes. Republicans, on the other hand, have been reticent — if not bone chillingly silent — on scripture and Christianity in support of their beliefs.

The truth is that America stopped building a Christian civilization a long, long time ago. We’re deep into a radically atheistic political experiment. America may be so far down this broad path that national judgment and destruction is inevitable. It doesn’t really matter to me.

Christianity is so much more than politics. Jesus Christ is my profession in politics. This will never change. I refused to bend over to the sodomite agenda out of loyalty to Him. All it cost me was my profession as a lobbyist in Maine. Every Christian is called to profess Christ in their profession.

Things will continue changing for the better in America as Christians boldly live out their faith.

Yesterday Mark Harrington was taken away in hand cuffs. He was at the Democrat Debate. He is a Christian. He fights against baby murder. He wasn’t in the debate. He was there though. More and more good people are finding their way to the gates of hell in and around them. And they are going with Jesus.

He is the only power sufficient to overcome the infestation of demons signified by our willingness to murder young and old, while we extract pleasure from the most vile perversions.

I didn’t watch the debate. Why would anyone watch the verbal joust of a coven?

Amen.
