Hello everyone and welcome!
I am new to the Steemit community and very excited to share a variety of useful posts with you about Health,Healthy Lifestyle,Beauty,Fitness,Dental Hygiene,Children/Parenting, and much more! I am a dental hygienist, a mother of 2, and a big advocate of healthy living and feeling good about yourself! I hope I can bring awareness about the importance of dental hygiene to the community as it is often overlooked and considered not as important as our overall health, as well as share informative posts about children and parenting, beauty hacks/tips, fitness, and easy ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle because we all know how busy our lives can get!
