Hi! I'm Josh, a UX Designer and startup founder by day, and photographer by night

I'm Josh, a startup guy, UX designer and photographer from Melbourne, Australia

I've been lurking around Steemit for a bit, but finally decided to introduce myself.

Well, a little about myself:

• Melbourne born and bred, so am legally obligated to be obsessed about coffee and cafes
• Most well-known for being consistently inappropriately dressed for the crazy weather here, and forgetting my wallet at home
• Don't mind the occasional long walk on the beach

Over the last few years, I have been lucky to have been on the founding teams of some awesome Melbourne-based startups, where I've learnt and have gone on to teach the lean methodology, Design Thinking and startup growth. Currently, I freelance as a UX/UI and web designer, with a particular focus on helping startups build products people actually care about. I've also just launched a prototype of my own new startup, ladderup.co.

But I'm more here to share what I create outside of work - mainly my photography and maybe in the future, videography.

I do mainly portraits. Neon, moodiness and night squad stuff is my shit.
