      Thanks, phi23! I just checked out your post, "The Music Plays Itself and the Dancer is the Dance." I thought it was a great meditation on the state of flow, something we work with a lot in Aikido. Anyway, I look forward to reading more of your writing!

          Thank you, yes the flow referred to is definitely in Aikido.
