FOR GOD IS ABLE TO MAKE HIM STAND

“Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.” Romans 14:4 (NKJV)

One of the things you should not get yourself involved in, whether you are a believer or a minister, is the judgement of other believers or ministers. Since you are not the one who assigned the person, why are you judging him?
If you are a minister, face your work, the assignment given to you by God, and leave others to do whatever they believe God has called them to do. It is not yours to talk about other ministers; leave them to God.
Whoever is called by God or working for God, let God have His way in the life of such a person. You are not assigned to be monitoring or supervising other people’s work. Face your assignment. Face where you are going. Concentrate on what you are called or assigned to do and leave other people alone. In my experience, those who get bogged down by other people’s issues, who are busybodies, usually lag behind in life (2 Thessalonians 3:11; 1 Timothy 5:13; 1 Peter 4:15).
In other words, they usually do not make progress in life because they are overtaken by the affairs of the person they are monitoring and neglect their own assignment (1 Thessalonians 3:12). When you are busy here and there, what you are assigned to watch over will slip out of your hands. An illustration by one of the sons of the prophet gives credence to the point being made:
"Now as the king passed by, he cried out to the king and said, “Your servant went out into the midst of the battle; and there, A man came over and brought A man to me, and said, ‘Guard this man; if by any means he is missing, your life shall be for his life, or else you shall pay A talent of silver.’ while your servant was busy here and there, he was gone.” then the king of israel said to him, “So shall your judgment be; you yourself have decided it.” 1 Kings 20:39,40 (NKJV)

Note:
• God is able to make any believer or minister who is falling to stand (Romans 14:4).
• It is not yours to be correcting and reproving others, being overtaken by other people’s affairs or matters (1 Peter 4:15).
• Thus, face where you are going and concentrate on your assignment (2 Thessalonians 3:12).

• Are you guilty of judging or monitoring the affairs and ministry of others instead of focusing on your own assignment?
• How would your life change if you channelled all the energy you spend on other people’s business into fulfilling your God given assignment?
