하지만, 예전에 그런 글들이 스팀잇을 받쳐주는 중요한 축이었던 것만은 확실합니다.
저도 전공업무관련 깊은 이해가 필요한 글을 검색하다가 처음으로 스팀잇을 알게 되었으니까요.

다시 회복하려면 어떻게 해야할까요?
개인적으로 생각하기에 가장 중요한 두 가지를 뽑으라면 아래 두가지인데요, 1번째는 제도와 보상의 문제로, @goodpost-kr 등으로 현재 실험중이고 점차 그 크기를 늘려나가려고 합니다.
2번째는 UI/UX, 즉 에디터가 뒷받침 되어야 합니다.

1. 큐레이션 및 보상 구조의 혁신

고품질 글이 작성되지 않는 가장 큰 이유는 "공들여 써도 보상이 일상글과 차이가 없거나, 보상 예측이 불가능하다"는 점 때문입니다.

• 전문 큐레이터(기자단/에디터) 제도 도입:
  특정 분야(IT, 테크, 재테크, 문화, 인문학 등)에서 전문성을 검증받은 '분야별 에디터 그룹'을 구성하고, 이들에게 상당한 큐레이션 보상권을 위임(Delegation)합니다. 에디터의 추천을 받은 글에는 Verified Quality 태그와 함께 확실한 보상 인센티브가 주어지는 구조를 만듭니다.

• '딥 다이브(Deep Dive)' 전용 보상 풀(Pool) 신설:

However, it is undeniable that in the past, such in-depth posts served as a fundamental pillar supporting the platform. In fact, I first discovered Steemit myself while searching for specialized articles related to my professional field that required deep domain knowledge.

What should we do to restore that vitality?
If I had to pick the two most critical factors, they would be the ones below. The first is a matter of system and reward structure, which is currently being experimented with and will gradually expand in scale. The second is UI/UX—specifically, having proper editor tools to support long-form writing.
