E nem precisa ser aquelas viagens caras, burocráticas e complicadas, que você precisa planejar com meses de antecedência.
Não, esqueça isso. Estou falando de qualquer viagem, nem que seja aquelas simples que nem precisam de mala.
Essas que você faz em um fim de semana indo conhecer alguma cidade vizinha.
Ou até mesmo aquele bate e volta que você vai e volta no mesmo dia.
Pouco importa, o importante é sair da rotina, temperar a vida com momentos únicos e diferentes.
Isso faz muito bem para a mente e o ego. Afinal, mudar de ares areija a mente e trás vida nova ao espírito.

Eu estou planejando uma muito complexa, uma verdadeira mudança de vida. Pretendo compartilhar aqui!
Eita essas muito complexas às vezes trazem mais dor de cabeça que alegria. Viajar é bom mas sem exagerar na dose. Mas isso varia muito de pessoa pra pessoa, vai da cabeça de cada um.
A ideia é mudar de país com esposa e filhos. Não tem como não ter planejamento.
