It is so outrageous

Isn't this outrageous? Japan's national burden rate is currently "45.7%." Nearly half of the money you earn disappears into taxes and social insurance premiums. In 1970, this was "24.3%." In other words, it's nearly doubled in 55 years. Wages aren't going up. Even if they do, half gets taken away. And then there's the endless tax hikes that never stop. Everyone, is it okay not to be angry about this?
