I've pondered what makes people appear beautiful. I partly believe it's a survival thing. If someone looks sickly they're likely not a good mate. Just a simple example but I think you get the point.
Well, I would say that you get those bad vibes from the person who is not a good mate. But we can't judge a person completely from his/her appearance :)
