Currently Steem is not hit by the Law... because its on a blockchain... so its pretty difficult to ban a video.
Hopefully the #13 will be deleted! Otherwise... we will be quite Rekt.
But things that are good to this is that illegal streamingpages like kissanime/gogoanime will be fucked then.
Are you sure that decentralized and blockchains are not under threat?
