Respect your subordinates
Good afternoon steemians. How are you all doing?
This is regarding something that I noticed and it bothered me to an extent.
I have a habit of observing things, I went an office today, it was lunch time. Staff was sitting together having lunch and the boss saw them laughing and chatting in the CCTV camera.
He went straight down and shouted at them saying you people are good for nothing. You cannot do anything, business is in losses and you people are having fun. You people earn peanuts because you have no skills, I will snatch your happjness.

What this man doesn't realise is that it's the employees that make a company. If they are happy, they will work happily And they will bring your success closer to you.
You need to understand you are very fortunate, that you are sitting at this position but you need to understand that karma is a real thing. Whatever you do or say, comes back to you someway or the other.
It's a humble request to all those of you to be humble and polite even to those who work under you.

Respect is a great value that we must always take into account in our lives
well said. Some bosses do not value their workers.
If every person makes a small move as being polite, this world will change in no time
