up voted re steemed...quitting is hard I recently relapsed but not fully. Have you tried vaping to get off the smokes I still use mine to reduce my smoking.
I actually started vaping that a few days ago. Vaping does help a bit. But the problem is even though i'm vaping i think about cigarettes all the time :(

yeah vaping just isn't a ciggi but it helps to smoke less
