looks compelling. I loved the colors of this dish. Makki Di Roti with Sarso Saag (Maize flour flat bread with mustard greens (sarson) and spices) with traditional pickles and yoghurt is traditional food in Punjab India.
It is! maybe you can try it someday if you mix some rice, pulled meat and frijoles i think is easy :)
