A Small Joyful Moment in My Busy Day with my new yummy recipe #lifestyle☺️
My daily life as a mom is quite busy and hectic. Managing household chores, taking care of my children, their studies, and their little needs — the day passes by before I even realize it.
Today was also a very busy day. In the morning, I took my younger daughter, who is just 3 months old, to get her vaccination done. For a mother, this moment can be a little emotional, but it is very important for the baby’s health.
In the afternoon, I went out for some shopping. I bought a few necessary things for the house and also got a little time for myself, which is quite rare in such a busy routine.

👩🍳 Method:
First, in a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Add salt and chaat masala to prepare a tasty and spicy mixture.
Now take one biscuit and apply a little green chutney on it. Apply tomato ketchup on another biscuit. Place the potato mixture in between and close them like a sandwich.
You can serve it immediately or keep it in the fridge for 5–10 minutes to let it set.
💛 From My Heart
Honestly, it was not just a snack, but a sweet gesture from my sister-in-law. In a busy life, when someone makes something with love for you, it feels extra special.
I hope you will try this easy and delicious recipe and enjoy it with your family.
✨ It’s these little moments that make life truly beautiful ✨
