DETOXIFIED!

I did the detox with my dad (who is quite overweight) last week, and we were so pleased with the results. Dad lost weight almost 16 pounds in about nine days (he continued the detox because he liked the food so much). And I lost 4½ pounds. The cleanse was so much easier than what I thought it was going to be, and it improved my sleeping as well!
