Once upon a time I used to use Trello and Basecamp to get myself organised. Your post is a timely reminder for me to start getting back at it to mow down my ever increasing to do list
I haven't used much of Basecamp, other than with a couple of clients. I think Trello is quite simple and effective. I guess it's just a case of finding what works, not overcomplicating things and getting done what needs to be done!
Yup, use whatever that works best for you :)
