The initial shot
Breaking the ice in a session takes a little work. In my experience, my first photos are not the best staged and I generally prefer the ones I take near the end, when it's time to finish. It may be because under pressure I come up with more ideas and my muses fly better. Here Lynes was the first session of a long line of models. We had just taken the group photo, I finished setting up my equipment, I took her by the hand and we decided that at the entrance to the park it would be a good idea to start. What do you think?

It's interesting that you mention taking your best shots near the end of a session when you're under pressure - I often find that my creativity kicks in when I'm working against a deadline. 📸💡
