I really liked this week's subject. In fact, we arrange such beautiful platters during festivals. So today I also tried to arrange a beautiful plate with a few recipes. Here I have arranged a very beautiful platter with pulao, chicken, tomato paste, mix salad. I named this platter of mine (Colorful Festive Platter).”
And I feel very happy to have made it myself. Usually, when there is a function at our house or when guests come, I like to arrange them like this and serve them. I really enjoyed making the recipe. I hope you will also like it.

Details :
First, I put a pan on the stove. Then I added some oil. Then I added chopped onion, chopped tomato, and chopped green chili. Then I stirred them a little and fried them.
Then I added all the spices to it. I stirred it a little with the noodles and mixed it well. Then I cooked it like this for a while.
Then I added the chicken pieces. Then I stirred them a little and mixed them. Then I covered them and cooked them for a while.
Then I add some water to it. After adding water, I cover it with a lid and cook for a while. After cooking for a while, the water should be reduced a little here.
After cooking for a while, I saw that it was finished. Then, when the broth was completely dry, I took it off the stove.

Then I added some salt and coriander leaves and mixed everything together well. The delicious tomato filling was ready.

Then I added grated carrots to it. I stirred them well and then cooked it for a while longer. When it was completely dry, I took it off the stove.

Especially the aroma and rich taste of pulao makes it extraordinary. Along with that, the spicy taste of chicken broth increases the festive atmosphere. Along with that, the addition of tomato paste and salad makes the food more diverse.
I think this arrangement is not only for filling the stomach but it is a beautiful symbol of love, hospitality and sharing happiness together. Which we like to share with our relatives when we get together as a family.

This platter of Polao chicken, Bharta and salad is a joy in our Bengali culture, a wonderful symbol of hospitality and Bengali tradition. I think this dish is not usually eaten alone. Because it is made to be shared with family, relatives and guests.
Eating together in a big plate or this culture creates a bond of unity among us. The rich and chicken broth taste of Polao expresses the sincerity of our hospitality. The tradition of entertaining guests with delicious food is clearly evident here.
