The foundation of knowledge begins in school, especially primary school, and extends to tertiary education, which I am sure "Hazarihat High School" plays a vital role in your community by imparting knowledge to the younger generation. From your story, I can say that the people of the community are often busy doing things that would fetch them money. Having such a peaceful environment promotes community and economic growth.
