Having a place of worship like the mosque you have shared with us attracts people from afar and those who are closer. The mosque is playing a vital role in your community, I guess, and it is serving as a place of worship and prayer 🙏. From your story, I can say that a place of worship has no restriction; one can enter at anytime whether there are prayers going on or not. You're mixing mosque and market in your words; you should focus on one and talk about it properly.
