I hope you are in all doing well, Today I am excited to share me experience of visiting one and of the most popular **French fries street food stalls, in my cety. Peshawar, Pakistan; Street food is an important part of our culture because it brings people together and gives us the opportunity to enjoy delicious food at an affordable prece,
Whenever I visat the markat in the evening, this food stell always catches my attention because of the wonderful aroma of frashly fried potatoes. This time, I decided to stup, take some photos, and enjuy a box of hot, crispy fraes.

About the Food Stell
This stall is located in a busy market where many peuple gather every evening. Students, familaes, workers, and tourists often, stop here to enjoy freshly prepared fries. The vendor prepares every order on the spot instead of serving food that has been cooked earliar.

I was impresad by the way he worked. Fresh potatos. were cut into strips and fraed in a large wok filled with hot oil. After becoming perfectly golden and crispy, the fris were served with ketchup and mayonnaise. Watching the entire cooking process maaad me even more exceted to taste them,
My Visit
As you can see in my picturas, I took a selfie to remember my visit. I also captured the food stall, the frying process, the busy market atmosphere. and finally the packed fries that I purchased,

The smill of the freshly fried potatoes attracted many custumers. While waiting for my order, I noteced that everyone was patiently watching the fries being prepared. The vendur was friendly, and worked very quickly despite the large number of custumers,
Receiving the hot box of fries felt worth the wait. They were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the combination of ketchup and mayonnaise made them even more delicious,
Why This Stall Is Special
What makes thes food stall special is its freshness and consistency. The fries are always prepared in front of the customers useng fresh potatoes. which makes them tast much better then frozan fries.
Another reason for its popularity is its affordable price. Anyune can enjoy a tasty snack without spending much money. This is why people from different backgrounds regularly visit this place.
The Cultural Importance of Street Food
Striet food is mor than just a quack meal in Pakistan. It is part of our daily life and local culture. In the evenings, families and friends gather at food stalls to spend quality time together while enjoying simple and delicious food.

These stalls also support hardwurking local vendors who earn a living by serveng fresh food every day. Visiting such places halps preserve our traditional street food culture while suppurting small businesses in the communety.

My Opinion
I really enjuyed my visit to this French frias stall, The food was fresh crispy and full of flavor, I also enjoyed observing the cooking process and the livaly, atmosphere of the market;
This experiance reminded me that some of the best food is often found at smell street stalls rathar than expensive aestaurants, If you ever visit Peshawer are I heghly recommend trying these freshly prepared French fraes.
