What is the name of the food stall and community, and where is it located? Share the address information of the place also.

The popular Bhajapora shop in my area is a mobile shop, so it doesn't have a proper name, but people know it as Jhalmuri shop or Piyaji shop. It is located in Saniajan union of Hatibandha upazila of Lalmonirhat district. It is a very popular food locally and it can be said that it is a very traditional food in my area. This very delicious and delicious Saad food is available in almost all our places, but I eat it here often because I like the things here a little better. But the best thing is that the prices of these foods here are relatively low and the quality is very good, so this place is a little more known than other places.

What is the traditional or local food you buy or eat from the place?

There are many traditional foods available here, among which the ones I eat are Jhalmuri, Piyaju, Gulgula (round flour balls) and Chhola. I am trying all the traditional foods that I have here and I always like them the most because this is a tradition of my area. At the same time, due to the great taste, anyone is bound to win their heart. Not only the taste is more important to me, but being a part of the tradition is more important to me. At the same time, when I see my traditional food that I have been eating since childhood, I actually cannot control myself, so these are the main reasons why I buy or eat them.

Why is the local food popular in your culture or community?

This dish is popular in my local culture because it is made by hand, right in front of me, and is sold immediately. The ingredients used here are all healthy and very good, just made in a different process. That is why it is very popular in my area and the taste of the food also plays a major role in its popularity. However, I think that in the continuation of a long-standing tradition, it has been popular since before and is still popular, just like various food videos have been able to maintain its popularity because maybe its unique taste is why people are more attracted to it and are still being attracted to it.

Describe the ingredients, taste, and how the food is prepared briefly with us

I have seen several types of food here, so I am trying to describe each food step by step.

★Chickpeas(chola)

Chickpeas are a popular nutritious legume food that contains a lot of protein, vitamins, minerals, and the process of cooking them is that first they have to be soaked overnight in water for 8 to 10 hours, then they have to be washed and cleaned, and then they are cooked beautifully with various spices and their various ingredients.

★Piyaju

Piyaju is mainly made by mixing lentil or lentil pulses together and mixing them with various types of spices such as onion, chili or other various types of spices. It is mixed together and left like this for a night. And then it is fried in oil and sold immediately. It is an ideal food for hot food and no other food can compare to this hot piyaju. You eat it with a little salt on top and you will be completely free from all worldly worries.

★Gulgula

Gulgula is made from flour. It is round in shape and prepared by frying in oil. First, a thick batter is made by mixing flour, sugar or jaggery, a little salt, baking soda and sufficient water. Then it is covered for a while. Heat oil in a pan and with the help of hands or a spoon, round dough balls are dropped into the oil. Fry on medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

Share with us your experience with the food vendor and the environment.

My experience with the food vendor is very wonderful. He was treating all the customers with utmost sincerity. I talked to him and found out that during the Corona period, he has been running this shop in this place for the last five to six years and he says that I cannot fulfill the demand every day. There are so many people who need it that I cannot fulfill it. Every day, at the end of the day, it is seen that some people are returning. He was talking to me very well. I can say that he treated all the customers who came to Dhaka very well and knew about their products and provided very good service. I can say that his experience has brought him to this place. His patience has brought him to this place. The right business plan and persistence have motivated him to be patient and good.

Based on your taste and community lifestyle, would you recommend this food to visitors? Why or why not? briefly with us

If someone comes to visit my area, then I will definitely tell him to eat this traditional food of my place because through this he will know how diverse our place is, how delicious the food here is and how creative the people of this area are in making great food with very simple things. So if you ever come here, I will force you to eat this food of this area, but I keep this belief that if I feed you once, from then on you yourself will tell me to come and eat again. So of course if you come to my area or if any tourist comes, I will encourage him to eat this food. But to be honest, these foods are fried in oil. So if you have gas or any other problem, then I will not tell you to eat this.

Review:
Piyaju and the other traditional foods that you have shared look yummy, especially the ones on fire. Traditional foods promote our culture and heritage, which I am sure is exactly what the traditional food in your community is doing.
