Sunrise and a Colorful Sky West End Downtown Calgary

I enjoy the way the sun paints the sky, if even for just a few minutes each day. These were taken in the winter when it can get quite colourful. The sun rises later, so it can be a bit easier getting up and getting out so long as the cold isn't a problem. These shots are from the west side of downtown Calgary, which has been growing up for the past few decades with condos filling the skyline.
