When the sea is vanished

This lonely and sad picture shows the Miankaleh Peninsula in Iran, an area that once had special animals, but now it is facing environmental problems.For example, one of the biggest and deepest inland seas in the world, the Caspian Sea, has been getting smaller for many years.This is happening because of different reasons, like climate change and the unique geography of the area.

In the picture, you can see the fishing harbor and pier left high and dry in this coastal area, which is on the eastern part of the Iranian Plateau.
Today, this place is almost empty, with only a few old parts of the city still standing.The photo shows a sad scene.
