Cedar of Lebanon

The ground in Goffs park is looking very dry now, and no prospect of rain for a while. We may get a passing storm if we are lucky but that is looking like only a remote possibility.

Yet another heatwave is forecast for next week. That will be the fourth heatwave this summer so far! Incredible for the uk.

Although it is so dry, the trees seem to cope better with their deeper roots. Like the marvellous example in my photo here. A healthy looking Cedar of Lebanon
