A Peaceful Walk Among Old Quarry Millstones and Silver Birch Trees

We visited Bolehill Quarry which is a former gritstone quarry that closed at the start of World War I. It supplied stone for nearby dams. Nowadays, the quarry is a favourite place for walking, photography, especially fungi spotting, particularly fly agerics.
