Exciting and Somewhat Eerie

As I continued my hike around the wetlands the scenery continued to impress! At this point I was meandering around the perimetre near the water, not even sure where or when I was going to circle back. Kind of like an explorer in a new land! Hiking a trail for the first time usually is the most exciting thing one can do really, especially when you are on your own and no other hikers are on the trail. Exciting, and somewhat eerie. Bring it on — love this kind of stuff!
