I hope you are all doing well; Today I am excited to share my experience for Week 04 of the Green Journey Challenge >Earthing and the Elements' This activity was very peaceful and refreshing for me because it allowed me to connect with nature in a simple but meaningful way"

For this challenge. I visited a nearby open ground area close to my home. It is a natural place where people gather in the evening.children play games, and the environment feels fresh and calm. As you can see in my pictures, the place is surrounded by trees\ soil, and open sky; which makes it perfect for experiencing nature}

When I reached there, the first thing I noticed was the earth element. The ground was dry but natural, and walking on it made me feel grounded. I sat on the soil for some time and observed everything around me. It gave me a very calm and relaxing feeling.

Then I focused on the air element; There was a light breeze blowing. and it felt very refreshing on my face. The fresh air helped me clear my mind and reduce stress<Watching people and children enjoying games also made the environment lively"

The sunlight element was also very beautiful, It was evening time. and the soft golden sunlight created a peaceful atmosphere. The sky- looked amazing, and the light made everything look warm are and natural.

Although there was no pond nearby; I still experienced the water element indirectly through the coolness in the air and the natural environment. Sometimes even the feeling of freshness in nature gives a sense of water’s presence-

Which element I enjoyed most?

I enjoyed the air and earth the most because they gave me a strong sense of calmness and grounding.

Effect on my "mind and body:

This experience reduced- my stress; improved my mood, and made in me feel more connected to my surroundings. It was simple but very powerful/
