Dubai registered 3,103 rental transactions on 24 April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 2,576,721,001. Activity was led by new contracts in value terms, while renewed contracts recorded the higher transaction count.

Closing Notes
Residential use accounted for the largest share of transaction volume, while Unit properties remained the dominant property class by count and value. Within that category, Labor Camps formed the largest value segment.
Al Goze Industrial First was the highest-value locality for the day, materially ahead of all other recorded areas. New contracts carried most of the registered value, while renewed contracts slightly exceeded them in number of transactions.
