A total of 2,820 rental transactions were registered on 01 May 2026, with a combined contract value of AED 590,575,854. The activity included 1,217 new contracts and 1,603 renewals.
Residential usage accounted for the majority of transactions at 2,202, followed by 606 commercial records. Freehold properties represented 1,691 contracts, while 1,129 were non freehold. USD values are calculated using an exchange rate of 3.6725.
