A total of 398 real estate transactions were registered over the three-day period, with a combined value of AED 1.245 billion. Activity was concentrated in ready properties, which accounted for the majority of both transaction count and value.
Residential transactions dominated by volume, while commercial assets contributed a significant share of total value through a limited number of higher-value deals. Freehold ownership represented the bulk of recorded activity.

Conclusion
Transaction activity during the period remained concentrated in ready, freehold residential assets, which accounted for the majority of recorded deals. Land transactions, while fewer in number, represented the largest share of total value, led by commercial and residential plots.
The highest-value activity was distributed across a small number of key localities, with JUMEIRAH VILLAGE CIRCLE and PALM JUMEIRAH leading by total value. The remaining activity was spread across a broad base of smaller localities contributing collectively to overall market volume.
