Market Summary
Ready properties led the day’s activity by value and count, while Free Hold assets accounted for the clear majority of registered consideration. Residential transactions dominated volume, though commercial assets represented a significant share of value through a limited number of higher-ticket transfers.
Standard sales formed most registrations, while gifts and mortgages represented the balance of recorded activity.
