Dubai Real Estate Sales Transactions Report – 29 April 2026
A total of 1,050 sales transactions were registered on 29 April 2026, with a combined value of AED 3,309,490,558. Cash sales transactions accounted for the majority of value at AED 2,173,280,070, while mortgage transactions reached AED 890,179,904. Gift transactions remained limited in volume at 27 registrations.
Residential properties dominated activity with 1,022 transactions totaling AED 2,755,142,802. Free Hold ownership accounted for the majority of the market value at AED 3,160,594,800, with Non Free Hold transactions representing a smaller portion of activity.
