The Month of April 2026
A total of 18,865 real estate transactions were registered during April 2026, with a combined value of AED 69,229,385,330. The activity included 14,075 sales, 4,088 mortgages, and 702 gifts.
Off-plan transactions accounted for 10,429 records, while 8,436 were completed properties. Residential usage represented 18,378 transactions, compared to 487 commercial records. Freehold ownership accounted for 17,781 transactions, with 1,084 classified as non freehold.
