It really breaks my heart when I see things like 'I wish I had bigger boobs' because that is the peer pressure of everyone telling you that you are not good enough. In the world we live in we are told that we should be better and have more, so we all want a bigger house, a better car, and for men bigger muscles and a bigger penis. Unfortunately it doesn't end there, because if you get what you want, you then crave a little bit more and the cycle continues...
We are who we are, and we are all beautiful in our own way. In your situation of wanting bigger breasts there is a strong possibility that it wouldn't suit you. Go even deeper and people who have surgery to have a better or bigger whatever tend to be less attractive because they are not natural anymore.
The irony of this is that most men prefer smaller boobs to bigger ones. Of course, everyone has their preferences, but if you had really big breasts you would probably find that a lot of people talk to your chest instead of your face.
Try to focus on your strengths and your positives. You have a lot of them going for you. And remember even though you may feel that your breasts may be way too small, there are literally millions of people who think that they are the perfect size, and not just people saying that to get into your pants...
