[CR] Needleworkmonday|Cute Little Crochet Body Bag
My husband saw me crocheting the other day and asked me what I was making. I told him I'm making myself a small bag. He asked what it was for to which I replied "For casual things where I'll only need a small bag." He took a look at the stack of bags I have in the bags corner of our house as if trying to count how many bags I have crocheted. I was looking at him to see his reaction. In my mind, there is a long, witty and strong attack against him that I have prepared should he resort to saying "Don't you have too many bags already?" But he just nodded. Very well, Husband. You have been trained very well.
It's been raining these past few days and me and my daughter could not go on our outside activities so I had a lot more time for crocheting. The yarns I ordered online for my project has just been delivered yesterday so I went ahead and make myself another bag. When I started making the bag, I only used DC stitches. Then I saw some shell stitches online so I went ahead and added it to the bag's design.
When I finished with the main part of the bag, I then created the sides made up of HDCs. The strap was also made up of HDCs. The strap took me some three days because I went ahead and made it into a loop so it will be a bit sturdy but not too thick for a small bag.
Before I went ahead and crochet the flap, I first assembled the bag. I was anxious that the sides and the main part won't fit perfectly. Good thing they did. So I went ahead and crocheted the flap. For this one, I learned something new. I used the starbust stitch I learned from this website.
This project was surprisingly completed in less than two weeks time. It's because I was excited to make the flap. I was very excited to learn that the term "crochet 5 double crochets" and "crochet 5 double crochets together" would produce different forms. I learned how to make a crochet together in this project. YAY!
Now, I'm ready to move on to my next project. I have my yarns already waiting for me.

I love the starbust stitch, have never used it but love seeing it. You did a good job! I don’t think there is any such thing as having too many bags if you’re a lady!! 🤣
Hey side question. Do you go back in after you have posted on ntopaz and edit the way your pictures format? I’ve been trying to figure out how to separate my photos when using ntopaz.

About editing the photos, I draft my contents on hackmd.io and then copt and paste it on the ntopaz site. I just post one photo int there which would be the cover photo then all the rest is already in the draft I created. But you could also go back and edit if you posted through ntopaz right away.

Okay I get it now. I was wondering about the cover photo vs the other ones. I know that markdown doesn’t work on the ntopaz plattform so I guess they won’t see the pictures as we do on the Steemit side. But having that main cover photo is what matters on their end. Sometimes I do have to go in and edit.
