As you would expect, the Red Fish Power-up League that Paula runs, and the Minnow alternative from the SC account check for power-downs during the data gathering - it is unfair to have people doing that whilst part of an account building exercise.

Perhaps you can send these Red Fish over to Paula actually? Would save some work? :)

The above initiatives and the recent '10k minnows' drive have shown decent results as far as community building and the like, and so I expect that with a decent level of SP behind OCD, and the OCDB joining in, that OSD could have a solid impact on growing 'good' accounts.
