Hey Acid. Sounds like a good plan to me. I agree with the no power down rule as that would seem just wrong and unfair. Growing the community at a decent pace helping them become Minnows would really help the community. What @ocd and @ocdb is doing should be applauded as it is for the benefit of the entire community.
