Good deal. I see you creating minnows in few weeks with the emergence of @osd. Great incentive that should encourage anyone to onboard Steem. Besides, I think that with this plan, the whitelisted accoutn should have a standing rule to use 100%SP as payout option in all their posts to fasten the cycle and allow for others to benefit.
